Hello, I just wanted to touch base with any prospective students that have applied for the July 2016 start. It should be getting close to people hearing things if they haven't already!
Thanks everyone for all the information about the interview. It was a little confusing as to whether or not this "interview" determines our acceptance to the program... it seems like it does not. If you get an interview, you are in! I am going for mine April 15th, so hopefully it goes smoothly. I am from Portland, Oregon and would be moving to Denver area with my boyfriend. It feels very stressful to think about totally picking up our lives and moving in the next few months, so I was happy to hear better reviews about the school. When I first looked, there were some older reviews from some very unhappy students, but it seems like it has changed. Great to be in touch with some future study buddies!
I have been accepted as well! I'm from New York and would be moving for the July 2016 start. My only concern is the accreditation and being able to come back to New York after graduation. For the out of state people do you plan on going back to your home state? If so how do you know the education/accreditation is approved. I'm just nervous I'm going to spend this money and not be able to transfer my license!
I will be moving from California, but I have yet to decide if I will be moving back home after school. From what I have heard if you want to transfer to another school after you should call that school and see if they will accept the credits. For transferring the license you should call the the RN board for your state since every state is different.

Hi Zoe! I will be starting in July as well. I am moving from California in June and found an apartment in Aurora. Not sure how close that is to Engelwood, but after I saw the parking at DSN I have decided the light rail is the way to go. I agree with you, DSN is very close with their student and the Global health program is awesome! I am hoping that I will be able to attend one of the trips. I look forward to meeting you! í ½í¸Š
