Denver College of Nursing- October 2021

Published

Hi everyone!

I know this is a little early, but is anyone applying to Denver College of Nursing for the October start?

Hi there!

So I have my interview this week and I am feeling a little nervous about it. Does anyone have any information about the interview/the process of it?

It is all information!! Don’t stress at all! They go over everything. The only question I was asked was what made me want to become a nurse ? You will do great!!

Oh that is good to hear!! Is that based off of what you have heard or did you already do your interview? ?

I already had my interview?

@Maddy Trujillo, hey I couldn’t help but notice your comment. I am a former student from Denver college of nursing, and I was curious as to why you haven’t looked into Second Degree ABSN programs since you already have a bachelors degree? I feel like you would be more qualified for that and appreciate it more than an associates degree in nursing. Also, all associates in nursing degrees require admissions testing, and not all ABSN programs do.

@Katieeee   hiii I appreciate your question- I've applied to ABSN programs for two years now throughout Colorado and haven't gotten accepted, that's why I started looking at Associate's thinking they'd be less competitive.
