Hi guys,

I was wondering if anybody else has applied for this cohort and can't wait until February to hear back! I know applications have only been open for a few days so I might be just a tad early on opening this forum...lol. Anyway, feel free to chat back! I'd love to make new friends as I will be new to the area!

I know there has to be more people that have applied! How is everyone planning on paying tuition? Are you going to try not to work while in the program? Do you know anyone that has gone through the program?

I applied coming from Chico, California. Excited, yet nervous about the waiting game. Has anyone heard past history of the schools admission style? Is it receive an interview email and it almost guarantees your acceptance?

I’m not sure their style other than they take experience into consideration and not just grades. I’m not sure that the BSN application requires an interview if you get selected to move forward with the application, but the HESI is. Good luck!

Im also finishing micro this semester. I’m also taking algebra and patho. I’m nervous they are going to see my course load and underestimate me.

That is a heavy load! You do not need to have patho for the pre-reqs. I would drop it if you can lighten your load my friend

I know several RN's that went to school here , and a few that currently attend that I work with at Denver Health. They are all fantastic nurses and can only hope to be half as great as them. I am so excited and hope to meet you guys ?

I hope so too!! I've been pretty good T keeping my cool, but the closer it gets the more anxious I get about it. Haha!
