I just started a travel contract at UCH in Aurora, CO, and am interested in meeting other travelers in the Denver area. It's always more fun to have someone else to explore new areas with- let me know if you are interested!

What does your comment mean, ktwlpn? Weird. Well, to the op, sorry, I'm not in Denver now but I grew up there, got my first degree from UC Denver, and am looking to move back in a few months. Denver is a fabulous place, have fun!!!
It means just that,"wow" especially in light of the shooting in the movie theater.I was just remarking on the co-incidence.Nothing "weird" about it......
Yeah, my start date was the same day as the shootings. Very tragic

I'm actually really interested in traveling to UCH. I grew up in CO, and would love to go back for awhile. Do you mind if I ask what agency you went with? Also, do you have a bsn? I've been looking on the hospital's site and it looks like they only hire bsn's, but I have a friend who's adn who was flex there for awhile, so I just wondered if it'd be possible to travel there as an adn. Thanks! (sorry I'm no help of the buddy front)

I'm at UCH right now too. they have their own in house traveler program. Go to their jobs page and in the keyword section type traveler. It should pull up the positions available.
I am working thru UCH's in-house traveler program. Some agencies have contracts there, but u are better off working directly thru the hospital. I have a BSN. I think it's preferred, but not req.
