I was offered a new grad position at Delray Medical Center in FL. I would be grateful to hear from anyone who works/worked there.

Some questions:

• What kind of scheduling system do they use?
  
• For how long do I earn the new grad rate?
  
• What happens if you decide to leave the position before 2-3 years?

Not entirely.

1) I think they use self scheduling like most places

2) You pay back a prorated rate if you leave early

Dont know anything about the pay rate. I didnt end up taking the position.
