Hello everyone, im new to this site .First let me start off by saying that i have submitted a declatory order to the board of nursing due to having a criminal record dating back 10 yrs ago. Im 30 yrs old now and im trying to get an approval to sit for the NCLEX after completion of a nursing program in (TEXAS) .I do not have any felony's but do have several misdameanors dating back to my teenage years/young adult years.I have finally recieved a letter from the TBON requesting I submit to a polygraph test with Forensics and phyciology examination wich I am responsible to pay for. Does anyone have any experience with this test?? I have been advised not to take the test and hire an RN lawyer to represent me .
Feed back greatly appreciated.
