DAY nursing jobs related to NICU?

I know NICU can have a slow turnover. Great for the unit, bad for people who want to move from nights to days. How long does it typically take your hospital to move from nights to days?

What kind of DAY jobs could use NICU training? 

ie. Maternal Child Public Health Nurse

Takes 1 to 1.5 yrs to get a dayshift position in my unit.

1.5 - 2 years for a day shift position to open up.

If the turnover is high then you might move shift sooner but out of frying pan into the fire.Life has many surprises,one never knows where there will be opportunity.
