Hi how is the program overall and which campus are you attending? How is the commute if you have one?
How was the program waiting to be accepted into the fall 2014 @ sandersonville.
Congrats! Which campus are you attending?
I was just accepted for the summer track. I have completed all of my core classes except for human anatomy 2! Just apply and give it a shot!
Congrats! Which campus will you be attending?

I have applied for the 2015 Spring Nursing program at the Darton Albany campus. I will not be notified of whether or not I am accepted until November 2014. I will be taking TEAS sometime in October. I just graduated from ATC with a degree in Radiology Technology. I fell in love with the emergency room and nursing; so, that is why I am back in school for a RN degree. I just had a interview for a rad tech job at a local hospital. The shift I have been offered is on Sunday 7am until Monday 7am. Yes, its a 24 hour shift, but this is a very, very, very slow hospital and it's only 1 day a week. I have my fingers crossed that this work schedule will work with the RN program. I do not know anything about clinical and class times/days throughout this program. So, any advice offered will be greatly appreciated!

Hi tillie22,
Congrats on your job offer. I too applied for the Spring 2015 program but I applied to the hybrid program. I will take my TEAS this coming Friday. I am reviewing study book and trying to get prepared. If you find out anything about the clinical times and/or days...please share because once I finally move to GA, I will have to commute 3.5 hrs to get to Albany.
Hi cgriff08,
I also take my TEAS this coming Friday. I still do not know what the exact clinical schedule entitles. However, I have heard that in 2016 Georgia Southwestern University in Americus may be merging with Darton's RN program. That will be nice because it will make a broader range of clinical sites for students that do not live in Albany. Good luck on TEAS! I have been studying my rear-end off these past two weeks getting ready for it :)
