Darton College Summer 2011

Hello everyone. I just applied for admissions for the summer 2011 program a couple weeks ago. Has anyone esle applied as well? If so what is your GPA and HESI score if you don't mind me asking. My gpa is a 3.0, or higher because I have grades that have not posted, and I have not taken the HESI yet. Also, I applied to the Darton College. If I don't get accepted for the summer, I'll just apply for the fall.

We only have from now until Monday, the 11th. That's only 4 or 5 more days. Everyone says that the acceptance envelope is huge and filled with info. I don't know what color. The denial letters should be a regular size thin letter. I would just cry if I go to my mail box and see a little thin denial letter. I really have my heart set on this!

I heard the same thing..I'm just ready to know so I can move forward with either this new job and apartment or moving to Albany and getting housing

I know that's right. They should notify the applicants earlier because some people have to fit/change their whole life around this. I'm coming from Atlanta. I applied to College Park Apts but I just read some reallllllllllly bad reviews on it. That is a problem for me. The campus housing is requesting all their money upfront, another problem. Either I live in the affordable ghetto, or come up with the campus housing money. But to be honest, I will do what I have to do because I have my heart set on becoming a nurse.

Same here @ smartguy99.. I think I will have to take out a loan for student housing.. I dont want to have to live in an undated place in a new town.. I live in atlanta too... I plan on doing whatever to make it happen

I live in Douglas county (ppl that don't know metro atlanta) and I'm makin a huge move also and I need housing in order to go to school... they should notify us way early especially when school starts in a little less than 2 months...

Yeah that's why I applied for august in order to get things together.. When I went to LPN school we received an email 2 days before your starting date.. Praise the lord everything fell exactly into place.

Wow two days?? What a notification... lol I'm going to call my advisor to see if she could take off my holds and also see if I can get out her when did the letters go out... lol
