Would you say that’s uncommon for a nurse who has been a nurse less than a year to get a Daisy Award?

Specializes in Psych (25 years), Medical (15 years).

Nurse Beth said, "It's not always that meaningful" and she is correct, in that I was given a DAISY award in February 2020 and terminated a month later over bogus trumped-up charges.

"Fired & Retired" and it was a nice end to my nursing career.
