Hello,
I created this thread/forum for Cypress ADN Spring 2022 nursing program since I did not see one.
As for myself, I already applied.
How about you?
Just a reminder:
There are two Terms of Service-approved ways to create a special place for your cohort.
One: create a facebook page. This link may be posted.
Two: Premium members may create a "club" by clicking on the Breakroom link in the yellow bar to the left of this page. Then click on “Create A New Club” in the green bar at the top of the page, and follow instructions.
References to other than these two avenues will be moved from view, to comply with the Terms of Service.
Thank you.

Hi Jesus, congrats! I was hoping if you attended the orientation, as I had a question in regards to the student nursing association. They provided us an email for them and was told to put down our name and term. Do you recall it being a requirement? I had it in my notes but did not jot down what it was for, unfortunately. Hopefully you can help! Thank you so much, I couldn't find any other groups created for fall 2023

The Student Nursing Association was asking for the accepted students to email them with their name and term. However, towards the end of that discussion, one of the professors mentioned they would give their own list of accepted students to the association at a later time to reach out to us. I still sent mine just in case.
Hi guys, I don't know if you guys still participate in this thread. I got in Spring 2024. I just hope to get a heads-up from you guys. Are there any tips, advice, or experiences? They would be appreciated. For books, should I buy any now? I have one month free before the 1st semester. If you guys have done with books in previous semester, I'm more than happy to buy them.

Hello Miley,
I would hold off on buying books. There is something Cypress College has been trying out for 1 year (the first half has already happened) called Charger Book Pass. For $100 you will get all the books you need for your classes (just as long you are enrolled). However, some of these books can come in physical or digital copies (they choose for you). To some people, this is a good deal. To some, they prefer to buy their physical copies (which is a bit more expensive). As for advice, the first two weeks will be very fast, so try to learn as much as you can from the professors and your clinical instructors. Good luck!

It is a huge head-up! Thank you very much for responding. I appreciate it.
