I created this thread/forum for Cypress ADN Spring 2022 nursing program since I did not see one.

As for myself, I already applied.

Hi! I applied as well but I’m not expecting to hear back anytime soon, I applied last fall and didn’t hear back till December ? Good Luck!

Hi Hi,

I applied for 2023 Spring as well. My application status (graded) confirmed. I just participated CYPRESS COLLEGE REGISTERED NURSING INFORMATION WORKSHOP and the counselor told us the cut off was 30 points, which meant you still can get a waitlist even you get the full credit but during covid (2022 fall), alternates ranging was 27 points.

About your application status, it actually shows that it's graded? Would you mind taking a screenshot of your application status? Because mine does not show like yours, but it got signed off my a HS counselor last week and confirmed the points.

Hi I GIoChea,

I am sorry to make you confused. I meant my appication points and application GPA was updated, and I got Health Science Applications Office Signature and HS App Docs Due Signature. I am sure we will get an announcement around last November.

No worries my friend! Me too, my app. points and GPA were updated last Friday as well. So now I guess we'll just wait?

Heyyyy all! Just got an email from health sciences to submit your ap scores, via email them unofficial documentation AND sending official transcripts. So if you haven't, get on it LOL.

Also, just checked my status and it's pending but when I checked the pdf, I have my points total?.. Is that the same for anyone else?

Hi,

I haven't received any email from health sciences about submitting official transcripts or AP scores. I think the deadline to submit is already past about 2 weeks ago? 

For the application status, my points and GPA got checked as well xD but still showing pending.

Yeah it was about then. I sent an email about the pending status because I checked previous forums and they got a complete/incomplete status by now..

How about your transcripts? Do you still have to send them in?

Hi I also received that email yesterday regarding AP scores. I guess not everyone who applied received it? According to the email, it applies to those who used their AP scores to fulfill one or more requirements on the application. Since they did not specify clear instructions about AP official transcripts, they are allowing unofficial documentation (email by 10/31/22) AND official scores to be sent to the admissions office (by 11/14/22) in order for them to review your application again for this application period. 

It's strange I got this email because I double-checked my application and I didn't use my AP scores to fulfill a requirement. Not sure if I should still email them and send the official transcript to the school??

Also, my application shows as pending too.

I did not receive the email, and it's weird! And it's even weirder that you got the email while did not use AP scores for the application. I think you should meet a counselor first, and they might be able to help you out with this before sending them another transcript.
