Current new grad pay in Dallas?

Can anyone tell me the current new grad (RN) pay in Dallas for the following hospitals?:

Baylor

Parkland

Medical City

Any new grads know the current rates? I have heard rumors that there was a slight increase. But you know rumors..

Also, is there a difference in pay for certain specialites? Or is it just the same down the line for everyone?

The range is from $21.50 to $23.00, which does not include differentials.

Is this ranging by position or specialty or by hospital? Do you happen to know the rates at those specific hospitals?

Parkland: $23.88/hr plus $2.75 evening, $3.50 night, and $6.00 weekend diffs. Doesn't matter what unit you're on, the pay is the same.

I think Baylor was around $21-22. I don't remember differentials, etc.

For the latest batch of interns, Baylor was $21.50, I believe.

If Medical City (an HCA hospital) pays the same as the Arlington HCA facility, the pay there is $22.85.

I haven't heard of any that offer more money for different floors.

Specializes in OR Internship starting in Jan!!.

Baylor is $21 according to the rep who came to the school and their intern fair.

Parkland is around $24.

Medical City is $22.85.

(without shift diffs, of course)

I haven't heard of any one specialty starting higher than another, but most places do offer more if you have experience as a tech or LVN.
