Curious about the wages of CPMC nurses

Hi all,

I have an interview with CPMC. I am curious as to what the wages are like. That is CPMC in SF.....currently I work at another hospital in the Bay Area.....any input as to what the salaries are for an experienced nurse please let me know!! Thanks a million.

P.S. I am asking this because I don't like to bring up the salary aspect in an interview!

Moved your thread to the CA forum since it is specific to working in that one state.

CPMC is a Sutter Facility and is unionized, so salaries are going to be on par with the other facilities in the area that are covered under CNA contracts for the most part. There is not much room in the way of negotiations concerning pay, as all is set out by the union contract.

The area is known to be one of the highest paying in the country as you are aware of.
