Hi! Is anyone else applying for the Accelerated Prog. for Fall 2011?

Did they ask a lot of questions? How long did the interview last? Aren't you glad its over now? haha one less thing to worry about.

I'm confused! I have a BA from hunter already (2008) and was applying for the accelerated. GPA=3.5 nln of 134 I was told by the advisor that I didn't need to be enrolled in any classes for the semester. I remember reading on the website that decisions would be made in early may but they took it off. I haven't heard a single thing so I don't know what's going on.

The top 50 will get an interview. Only 32 will make the cut. I'm still wondering if all the emails for an interview have been sent.

Even thought I haven't received a single thing, according to others they have already gotten their interview email.

Wait, are you saying that all emails have been sent out or that they sent out emails yesterday as well?

The interview took about half an hour, give or take. There were no trick questions, it was pretty straight forward, and they were really nice. There were four of us and six administrators... outnumbered!!! I was scared, but I am extremely relieved that it's over because finals are coming up. I have been agonizing over all of this (as we all have been) and so not really studying as much as I should be. If I tank my finals it will not matter if I get in or not, acceptance would be withdrawn. And I am very much aware that just because I got an interview does not mean I got into the program, still have to wait and see like everyone else...

The interviews will be conducted through Thursday, so don't lose heart yet. And for those of you with interviews don't be too nervous, it seems like they just want to get to know the applicants a bit better, and make sure we are on the right track and that we understand the commitment required to succeed in the program. And what we thought of the Nursing CAS !!

Only four were interviews (that you know of) what a relief! Thank you One121! This gives me some peace of mind and some hope. Now to focus on finals and let time pass. :). Good luck One121!

You mean they have already conducted the interviews for the accelerated? Did you receive anything after you've submitted everything to nursing CAS? When did u get the email?
