CSULB Spring 2012 BSN

Hello everyone,

I'm applying for CSULB this Spring, transferring from Palomar College. Just finish all of the application today. Anyone else applies this Spring? Good luck to us all :yeah:

For anyone who is looking for an apartment in Long Beach, an apartment has just opened in my building. It's in the amazing area of Belmont Shore, only a block from the beach.

It's a 1-bedroom, 1-bath on the first floor of a small 5-unit building and is $900 per month with only a $500 deposit. This is an amazingly low price for this neighborhood and there is easy access to the Passport bus which goes right to the CSULB campus.

PM me if you want more details ASAP since this will go very fast...units hardly ever become available. I would love to have a classmate in the building!!!

Hey everyone,

I know this may be a long shot but I was wondering if there would be anyone here willing to switch clinical groups with me? I already received my class schedule and clinical group list last Thursday and discovered in a group of 10 I had about 7-8 male students in my group. I kinda just feel really out of place in my group and already spoke to the clinical coordinator about switching. The only way it can happen is if someone else from the trimester program would be willing to switch to my group.

If you or know anyone that wouldn't mind switching around please contact me! I'd really appreciate it because I've been really bummed about my placement. :(

How do you find out what clinical group you are in? I haven't received any info on my class schedule...

I spoke to the coordinator this morning and she said she's still working on the rest of the trimester groups schedules. I got put in the vet group which is still on the trimester track so I would need another trimester student to switch with me.

Yes, I talked to her just now, and she hasn't sent out the trimester schedules yet, because there was a change... they should be sent out later this week, so I would suggest posting another note about this later in the week to see if anyone would like to switch with you.

If anyone knows of anyone else in the basic program looking for a roommate lmk!! Also if anyone knows of a nice, quiet, and safe apartment complex near school, please pm me! I don't think i want to pay more than 1100 on rent including utilities...
