Hello everyone,

I'm applying for CSULB this Spring, transferring from Palomar College. Just finish all of the application today. Anyone else applies this Spring? Good luck to us all :yeah:

No clue....I am pretty sure there are 20 alternates though.

Yeah... there are 20 alternates... I was just wondering how many of the alternates actually get in. I know there are a good number of people who wind up going to other schools. It would be super cool if it was close to all of the alternates who get in! That way if you wind up an alternate, you have some kind of history to go off of in your hopes! :specs:

Haha, Nessy... trying to get folks in trouble...lol... I am sure that out of 90 accepted, there will be others like me who are going to turn down the offer... It's just a matter of percentages... I think most people do apply to multiple schools, and if accepted by one, then they are likely to get accepted by others as well... Good Luck to everyone!!!!

In my interview they VERY specifically told us NOT to call! :)

I'm pretty sure out of all the people who gets interviewed, everyone either winds up in the program, or on the alternate list. Unless you fail the interview....

Not sure that is true, because there are people who interviewed for Fall '11 that re applied and didn't have to interview again but are being considered...? That was my impression anyway. :-/
