Hi!
I think the CSULB School of nursing recently post new pool statistics including those who were chosen for Fall 2011.

Knowing that the rating average is 8.91/10, that seems like a huge difference than the previous semesters!
Anyone else planning to apply to CSULB Fall 2012 BSN program?
Sorry to burst your bubble, but how does that prove you got accepted to the nursing program? That green check has always been there. It doesn't mean you got accepted into the nursing program. It just means you got accepted to the university. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm almost positive that's the case.
We should apparently find out by Monday. At this point, I'm so tired of thinking about it. I will just wait some more. Coming to this thread should make me feel better because there are people like me nervously waiting, but you guys just make me even more NERVOUS and PARANOID! HAHA!
Hi CuelessNursingGuy.
I know what you mean. That is why I haven’t told anyone about this yet. I am not sure if that is the final decision. Last week when I checked myCSULB, my admission status was still “completed” with a green circle. This Saturday when I checked my status, it became to be "admitted" status with a green tick. There was an accept /decline bottom. I clicked on “accept” Admission. Then the following message appeared.
“Congratulations, the faculty and staff are pleased that you have accepted admission to CSULB (BSN program) and look forward to welcoming you.
I think that my situation is the same as transfer students. I have to be accepted by nursing department and university both. So, you guys who are transfer students were accepted by university alreaady? Do you see the same message like mine? If so, I cannot smile yet.
Actually I was more worry to be accepted by university more than the nursing department because my cumulative GPA is only 3.7 which is a minimum requirement to be admitted for second bachelor’s degree. A woman in the admission office told me that many of students have cumulative GPA 4.0. As I am not doing well this semester, my cumulative GPA will be even lower. I didn’t think that they would make decision before my graduation.
The nursing department told me that admission office make the final decision. I know some people were denied by admission office after they were accepted by the nursing department.
Anyway, I will contact school tomorrow to clear out my doubt.
Right now, I am busy for final exams and essays. I need to concentrate on those first.
