  1. I usually submit a transcript from CC to admission office in CSULB. After one week, you can make sure on MyCSULB if it was transferred correctly. Maybe you can inform SON after you got the final grade of the classes, and you have no intension of registering them.
  2. I bought the malpractice insurance begin on July 16th. I think they just wanted to start from July for some convenience later.
  3. That I thought. I was just disappointed that I couldn't find Dove uniform in any discounted store.
  4. Has anyone bought a uniform yet? I noticed that the price of the uniform from Dove is very expensive compare to other brand. Originally, I was thinking to buy two set of uniform, but now I am not sure. I may just buy one set, and then I will see if there is another way to buy a cheaper uniform.
  5. I am glad that you finally finished all requirement. I have up loaded all documents in Magnus health Portal today. It took two hours to complete. I think my community college told me that there is free vaccination place. I don't remember the name though. If you call your community college, they may able to give you information. I had physical exam 5 months ago. If it is too old, I am thinking to register a PE class in Cypress College during summer. If you are a current student, physical exam and vaccinations are all free.
  6. It was 5 months ago. I just signed up by online, but I didn't take any class. You can register fake classes and drop it later. You will get full refund. I had to go twice. First day I had a physical check up, blood test, and titers. For second time, I got all result. As I didn't have immunity for Hepatitis B, I had to take a shot. Doctor comes only twice a week, so it will take for a week to complete all. Maybe you can try your community college too.
  7. I did titers in Rio Hondo College. It was $40 each. Flue shot was $10. Each vaccination was $40. I never took a class from the school. So, the price is not so bad. I had one vaccination in CSULB the other day. It was $35.
  8. Don't worry. The instruction is old. Just upload with expiraration date file name. I uploaded last Fiday. I got proved it by school today. By the way, has any one uploaded other materials too? (physical exam, immunizations)
  9. I went to Rio Hondo College for physical and immunizations. As I was not currently enrolled the college, I had to pay extra money. Physical was $60. Each shot was $40. I spent about $300 for all reqirements. In Cypress College, if you are enrolled a class, everything is free (physical and immunization). Maybe you can take one class such as PE. This maybe the cheapest way.
  10. I am enrolled for both Pharm and Patho. Glad that many people are able to register. I paid money as soon as I registered, just in case. If you decided not to go, you can get the refund.
  11. Thank you Lavender. I know. I am so lucky.
  12. I faxed my transcript to Health Information Technology & Cancer Information: Transcript Evaluations - Santa Barbara City College I didn't get email to confirm, but I was able to register the following day. If you check your pipeline, it tells you if your hold was removed.
  13. Thank you Lavender. I was able to register both of the online classes in SBCC. 24 hours after I submitted my transcript, I was able to register those classes. Now I feel less stressful.
  14. I have registered backgoud check today. I think the instruction from school is old. You will never get email from Magnus.
  15. I see. I have just checked MyCSULB. It says that I don't have to go because it is only for a new student or a transfer student. When I got in CSULB 2008, it was $50. It was very boring. Lunch was horrible.
