CSULB-ELMSN Fall 2011

Hey everyone so I have been waiting for a couple of years to finally have all of the pre-reqs done to be able to apply to nursing school. I am finally finished and am just waiting for CSULB-elmsn's program which will start in Fall 2011. I want to know who else is planning on applying so we can have each other to go through the process with and I'm not going to lie I would really like to see what the competition is like. Goodluck to everyone. I look forward to meeting you in the fall!

I really hope it is not imperative that we have all of our immunizations complete because I am definitely missing a few... anyone else in this boat? I am guessing it is ok since we aren't stating school till the end of Aug...

I tried to finish up everything but I am still confused on paperwork. I am sure you won't be the only one tomorrow :)

I have a question that hopefully someone can answer. Do we need copies of ALL of our paperwork to turn in tomorrow (Health History form, physical exam form, TB form, etc.)? Or do we just need the originals?

Hey MamaAlex! Congrats on your acceptance to CSULB! I am not sure on this. I believe a lot of it we upload online but it might be good to have copies just incase. See you tomorrow. Come say hi!

Good seeing you all today.

I decided to create our cohort's facebook group page under the name "CSULB Nursing 1212E" after seeing a few other cohorts naming their group pages with their graduation code. It actually sounds cooler than "CSULB Nursing ELM 6" or "CSULB Nursing ELMSN 6." So definitely do a search for the group or PM me if you have trouble finding it.

Hey you guys! I need HELP!!! I am trying to set up my magnus health portal account and i followed every step on the pre-orientation online tracker. When i went to pay the $47 for the certified background, I didn't see an option to "create an account with magnus". so i just clicked continue and now im stuck!! what do i do? i went onto the magnus health portal website and tried to create an account, while choosing my tracker, i didn't see one for 1212E. Theres only 1211E BSN grad Dec 2011 or 1212T. None of these are ours. Can someone help me out please??

hey everyone! I just got a call TODAY and was accepted off the waitlist!!! I am soo excited. I was already attending CSUDH for the fall but im gonna make the switch-a-roo! So sad i missed the orientation but I look forward to meeting you all!
