Csula Fall 2014 applicants..

I posted this in the California forum, but I think it got lost so I'm posting it here!

Who here is applying for the CSULA nursing program for Fall 2014? What are your stats? Have you taken the TEAS exam yet? I'm excited!

I have not taken the TEAS yet, but have my date scheduled for Oct. 25th.

I sent you a private message that includes this link to try to find that cohort group. I hope by now you have received it.

I typed in groupsatcsula in the search bar and titled as CSULA. It is closed until you input your csula email where indicated.

I vote for:

still keeping the nursing cohort group you created up and running! Don't remove it.

The more groups that exists on facebook for future official cohort class, the higher chances of information being spread, etc..

I got a call right now from ------------- and he was so nice. He was calling in regards to my email... Infact I was so freakin surprised by his call that I forgot to ask how many pts I had lol.

But for us wait listers i have news.

1. We are not allowed to know how many people they put on the wait list.

2. He may or may not get back to me on what number I am in the wait list. He doesn't know if he's allowed to give me that info either.

3. Despite the previous years threads most people who get acceptance letters do Infact accept and most wait listers have to reapply next year.

How would he know about #3? Does this mean a lot of people have emailed/faxed their acceptance into this program?

I wish we were able to know where we are in the wait list and how many people were on it. If there is a lot like say 100, then it makes sense that obviously most wait listers have to reapply.

He said from previous years that has been the case and is most likely the case again this year... I don't think they'd put more than 60 on the wait list... That's scary!!

I think all 23s got wait listed... Probably some 22s. If there were only enough spots of 60 people to accept 24s and there are people with 28s I think we should be ok. Lemons says she knows 2 people who are rejecting... I project there will be around 15ish or so.. Enough were atleast all 23s get in
