For those with interviews set up already - did they mention anything about applying to the University yet?

Still no news here I wonder if I will hear from them either way?

Nothing here either. When I went over old threads, it looks like people received interviews until mid-March, so there's still hope! But it seem if we are denied altogether, we'll hear April 1st.

Everyone that has gotten interviews, did you all have perfect overall GPAs? I definitely don't, and am wondering if that is going to deny me.

I have an interview set up, they have not mentioned anything about applying to the university.

Regarding GPA:

My undergraduate GPA was not very good at all, barely getting above a 3.0...I think it was barely a 3.1 (I graduated 5 years ago). However, I did a lot of the pre-reqs in the last few years (all the sciences) and I got mostly A's in those. I also scored in the 95th percentile on the TEAS, so I think my history shows I'm a "reformed" student. I also have 5 years work experience in health care...recruiting blood and bone marrow donors, so don't sweat if you're not a nurse aid or don't have direct patient contact. I think they just want to know that YOU know what it means to be a nurse. I made sure to make that point in my personal statement, on which I spent a LOT of time writing and refining...I think I had 8 drafts!

I've definitely been stalking the other threads and people got invited to interview well into March, don't loose hope! Good luck everyone who is waiting for an interview!

I am new to the thread. I have my interview on Saturday and I am freaking out. I know I am a good candidate but it's so scary! I am just trying to remember that if we got interviews it means we looked good enough on paper for them to meet us so hopefully if we come off as knowledgable, dedicated and like-able, we're in. Btw, for people who are wondering I got my email for an interview on the 17th.

Hello all! I just got an interview invite!! Got it today (2/20) at around 9:30pm. The date range to interview for me was Feb 27th to March 8th. I do know of ppl who have interviews later than that though. She said nothing about me applying to the University so don't worry about that. Do you remember how many people were interviewed for your cohort and how many people were accepted?

Thought I would chime in as well. I have my interview today! I got an invitation to an interview about a week ago and am about head out the door right now! I'm slightly nervous, but I read from a pervious year's thread that those who were interviewed were either accepted or wait-listed. That makes sense, because they might not want to interview someone whom they know for sure will be rejected. So, stay confident, not nervous!
