CSUF ABSN 2018 applicants

Hi everyone! I just submitted my application to the CSUF ABSN program. I wanted to start a thread for anyone else who has also applied. Based on past years threads for this program, they invite people for interviews in February. Curious to see how many points everyone applied with. Best of luck!

Well, I am not sure!

It was pretty short yet comfortable . Afterwards, more things came to my mind and I say oh i should have said that too! You know that feeling:)

And only 12 students will be accepted so that kinda lowers my hope too:(

I'm an alternate as well. I wish they would tell us what number on the list we are. Congrats to those few that got in!

Is this program really 2 years long as the website says? I'm confused because it says it's 5 semesters including summer, so that would make it a little less than 2 years right? Is it really accelerated if it's 2 years?

Yes, it is a little less than 2 years. It's 5 semesters all the way through with no breaks Fall, Spring , Summer, Fall, Spring. It really is accelerated and fast paced. I'm sure there are faster programs, but I feel like it is a decent amount of time to get in what you need to know.
