They are just a couple of questions about you..”tell me about yourself” and “your goals”. Don’t be nervous, it’s very laid back and more of an opportunity to ask them questions and learn about the department.

For those who had an interview today, I was wondering roughly how many questions they asked you and did they give you a chance to ask them questions?

Just called HR for the PICU. She said they filled the positions ?

I was told during my interview that they selected an internal applicant. I would give them a call to confirm though!

Has anyone heard anything after their PICU Residency interview? I was told we are supposed to find out this week!

Like ECLS mentioned they are big on ethics and advocacy. My feeling from last years interview is they want someone with a nice and empathetic personality. My advice would mainly be to demonstrate that and smile. If you enjoy it, they will too.

Jellis2020 congrats on getting an interview! So far I know group #1 has 13 candidates and group #3 has 8. Since you are in group #2 do you mind sharing the number of candidates?
