CSU Stanislaus ASBSN 2015

Hello,

I was wondering how many of you have applied to the program.

I really want to apply to CSU Stan because it's only 1.5 hours away from home; however they send out acceptance letter in august. Unfortunately it is kind of late :( I got accepted to CSUSM which requires me to move to SD in August. If I wait for admittance here and get denied then I will be stuck. Any advice?

My classmate did the exact same thing you are in now. They paid the acceptance fees at CSUSM but then was accepted here. She chose CSU Stan and lost deposit money but it worked out better for her this way.

Thanks for replying lkalanta :) Hows the program so far? Do you like it? How's the community? Is it easy to find housing because I heard Stockton isn't the best city to live in.

Hello, I'm applying next year after I receive my first bachelor's. I was just wondering if anyone who has been accepted would be willing to share their stats or have any advice when applying or considering to apply.

Hi everyone!

I am very interested in this program. Planning on taking my pre-reqs sometime next year...

I have a few questions:

1) Are all the science courses required 1 semester classes or 2 semester classes?

2) What score should I receive on the TEAS test to get into the program?

3) Is financial aid available?

4) What is the daily schedule like? Can I work a part-time job while in the program?

Thank you so much, I really hope to hear from anyone of you soon!!

Can I asked how you liked the Accelerated program? Would you do things different and have done the regular BSN program?? Did you feel you got enough clinical hours?
