I really want to apply to CSU Stan because it's only 1.5 hours away from home; however they send out acceptance letter in august. Unfortunately it is kind of late I got accepted to CSUSM which requires me to move to SD in August. If I wait for admittance here and get denied then I will be stuck. Any advice?

Hey ewang03! I just checked my portal and I am admitted into fall 2016 cohort. I'm super excited! I'm from the bay area and I will be moving down with my little dog. I'm clueless about housing too. I checked on craigslist, but there's nothing available. Is there any site for students to look for rommates? Do you want to get in contact and figure out housing?

I emailed CSUSM today and they said I am accepted into fall 2016 cohort this morning! Still waiting for the official acceptance letter. I'm super excited and scared at the same time since I lived in the bay area my entire life. Moving to San Marcos will be a huge change for me. Anyone looking for roommates? I have a small dog with me. Thanks!
