I really want to apply to CSU Stan because it's only 1.5 hours away from home; however they send out acceptance letter in august. Unfortunately it is kind of late I got accepted to CSUSM which requires me to move to SD in August. If I wait for admittance here and get denied then I will be stuck. Any advice?

Hey ewang03! I just checked my portal and I am admitted into fall 2016 cohort. I'm super excited! I'm from the bay area and I will be moving down with my little dog. I'm clueless about housing too. I checked on craigslist, but there's nothing available. Is there any site for students to look for rommates? Do you want to get in contact and figure out housing?

I emailed CSUSM today and they said I am accepted into fall 2016 cohort this morning! Still waiting for the official acceptance letter. I'm super excited and scared at the same time since I lived in the bay area my entire life. Moving to San Marcos will be a huge change for me. Anyone looking for roommates? I have a small dog with me. Thanks!

I just got accepted today too! If I don't get into my masters or bsn program I'll be attending CSM fall 2016. See you guys at orientation!

Keep your heads up! if anything we might get into spring 2017. I haven't heard any rejection yet and it seems like if your eval score and GPA are average you'll get in. Did you apply to any other schools? I got accepted into an ADN program, but that's my last resort.

Hey ewang03. This is what the advisor emailed me, "The initial round of admissions offer for the ABSN Fall 2016 cohort have been sent out. Depending on how many students decline those offers, they will then send out additional offers. Let me know if you have any other questions. Best regards" so the waiting game again. prob hear back 2-3 weeks later.

I submitted my application on 3/21/16. Received my eval today 4/25/16. Still waiting for my acceptance. (My pre reqs GPA is 3.36 with a eval score of 27)
