Hey Everyone!!

The wait is driving me a little crazy, so I'd thought I'd start a thread for anyone else who is applying! I won't be finishing my last pre-reqs until end of December, so I'm probably way too late for the Spring cohort. Is anyone else in the same situation? Let me know! I'd love to talk to anyone applying/interested/already in the program :)

I called them yesterday because mine just said "closed" too on the application and it scared me that I haven't gotten anything back yet, but she said that they do have my application on file, and to just wait for the email to come.

I just got the email for the $150 enrollment deposit by the 28th... check your emails! :)

Hey all - anyone having problems signing into the mycsusm thing? It's saying my user ID or password is invalid so I can't sign in to pay my deposit! I realize we have until next week but, of course, I want it done as soon as possible!

JNugget: Make sure you capitalize the first two letters of both your first and last name for the password!

Also, has anyone been able to successfully pay the deposit yet? When I made the payment, I didn't close the window/tab like what the instructions said, but for some reason it keeps saying I didn't pay yet even though I received a confirmation email and everything!

@alizze: I did! I even was getting so crazy about it I double checked with my bf I knew the first two letters of my first and last name! I'm wondering if maybe it takes some time...so I guess I'll wait and if tomorrow it still doesn't work, I'll call them. Thank you for the advice!

@JNugget: You're welcome! Hopefully it'll work when you try again later! That's really weird how it's not letting you log on though.

alizze: I got the same message after I submitted my payment. When I press the continue button, it says I have not paid the deposit. So strange!

@Janiney: Same thing happened to me. I guess their website is just slow to react, like when everyone was freaking out while waiting for their application status to change lol.

Hello everyone! Regarding the deposit we submitted and seeing if it was processed or not. When you log onto myCSUSM click the student center tab. Scroll down to the bottom and look at the Admissions section. Under Status mine says, "submitted intent to enroll". You can click on that to read what it says- You have been conditionally admitted and we have received your Intent to Enroll and Enrollment Deposit (Enrollment Deposit was not required from those qualifying for a fee waiver at the time of application and from active duty/veteran applicants). Please read all communications from our campus regarding housing, orientation, assesment, etc. Also, please check your "To Do" list often to ensure that you are meeting all deadlines and submitting all necessary documentation.

Hopefully that helps! If not I would give them a call… they are going to love all of us so much by the time we start since we call them so often!

I know, I feel so embarrassed every time I call! I'll have to give them a call after work though because once I do check my status, it says conditionally admitted with a message saying to send in my official transcripts with my degree posted. I don't understand..I've already done that...Anyone else getting that message?

did anyone create a facebook page yet? Not sure what cohort we will be in tho.
