I thought I was going to enter for the fall 2013 cohort (Temecula) but looks like it filled up before they ever evaluated my final set of transcripts. However, its good to know we all get at least 1-3 chances to find out. I figured we can all join in on how we are looking forward to being accepted for the spring 2014 cohort (San Marcos).
Has anyone heard back about the background testing? I've been checking my e-mails every couple of hours and nothing. Just seeing if anyone called the school and asked about it?
Haven't heard a peep from San Marcos! This is what they told me when i asked about orientation dates-email was from my advisor on sept 16 :
"we do not have any tentative dates at this moment. I have copied the Program Coordinator ---------------------- who typically sets this up. She may have more information."
I got an email from CertifiedProfile (the background check site) saying that I had a new message and from there you can log on and see your completed background check.

So this is what I received from my advisor: "We have previously sent you an email regarding your background check on 9/11/13 as well as instructions on how to complete it the deadline was 9/18/13. You may want to check your junk mail? Please let me know if you have not received it so we can resend it."
I checked my spam mail, nothing. So my advisor forwarded my email to----------- and asked them to resend the background information to me. I haven't heard from that person yet. Hope this helps.

That's kinda bizzare. I have gmail and its always on its A-game when I have any incoming e-mails, spam, etc. I just e-mailed my advisor right now to see what's been going on with that. I hope they haven't cancelled my application because of that background check.

WOW, this is nuts!! i just checked my spam folder too and the background check is there!!!! dated 9/11. just submitted everything today.

I heard from ---------------- about the background check - this time around, the deadline is today but she told me to ignore the date and just submit everything today or tomorrow. I didn't want to delay the process though so I already submitted everything they requested.
I also received an email about the orientation being held on Nov. 21st, 2013. Can't wait to meet all of you!!! So excited!!

Hi! I'm curious to know how you were able to add up your points? I searched on the school's website for their point system but wasn't able to find it. I want to calculate my points. Thank you!
