I'm currently in the process of applying to nursing school for Fall 2016. The schools I am applying to are SFSU, SDSU, CSULA, CSU Stanislaus, CSU Bakersfield, Sac State, and CSU Long Beach. I am EXTREMELY anxious and hesitant on whether or not I will be getting into a program especially seeing how competitive it has been.
My stats are for SFSU, CSULA, and CSUSTAN are:
GPA- 3.94
Prereq- 3.9
TEAS - 85.3%
Supplemental: Bilingual, 100+ volunteer hours in Ambulatory, Alzheimer's Care, and Post-Partum.
I plan on retaking my TEAS for the rest of my schools, yet unfortunately am cutting it close for SFSU's deadline Good luck to you all!
Waiting is the worst! I sent in my intent to enroll for the nursing program but I have not paid the $200 to the school yet. We have until May1st for that. When is SD and LA supposed to let you know?

SD i was suppose to hear from them back in march. thats when my friends got their rejections, but i still havent heard anything.
I just heard back from CSULA! Now all that's left are SD and Sac!!
Do you have any information on how CSU Stan's nursing program is?
Since you put an exclamation point, I am assuming you were accepted?!? Stan has a great program and an excellent NCLEX pass rate. Their cohort size is only 30 people allowing for great relationships between the instructors and the nursing students. I know Sac has the highest NCLEX pass rate at about 97% then Stan, then CSULA, then CSULB, and then SD. I think I got all the schools you applied to in there! Really, any program you choose will be great!

got mine too! congrats :) I'm waiting to hear from Sacramento and San Diego still but I'm hopeful for nursing now!!
