CSU Long Beach BSN Spring 2023

Hi everyone! I know application cycle starts in August but I wanted to create this forum just in case somebody has questions and perhaps share some stats. 

Mine are:

Science GPA: 4.0

Cumulative GPA: 4.0

TEAS Composite: 98.0

TEAS Reading: 93.6

I hope we can create a group chat of some sort so it's easier for us to communicate whenever someone has questions during the application period!

Yes! The deadline is so close...I hope they fix the site soon.

It was fixed just the other day...I wonder what happened. Definitely call the help desk/tech line in the morning!

Wait so between Friday and today the website was fixed for a little bit? Or do you mean prior to Friday?

I think it was fixed early Friday morning but I guess it's down again. ? Here's a facebook group for Spring 2023 applicants for faster communication if you'd like to join us!

There must be something wrong with the BSN application. I applied on August 15th. I clicked on the BSN application on the school of nursing website and it automatically moved me to a survey application site. Now when I tried to apply again (because I messed up the name of my Chemistry course), it tell me I need to log in using qualtrics account. Im so confused RN!

I already tried calling the Technology Help Desk, and the lady that got back to me doesn't know what to do :(( 

But she did mention other applicants have already complained about this issue, so I feel like the nursing department will hear about it soon. I emailed them two days ago. Hopefully, with all of this going on, they can extend the deadline for the BSN application.

Hello,

So, I did receive a reply from the nursing department.  

They sent me an alternative link to the one on the nursing web.

I already submitted mine. I asked if I could share the link, and they said it's OK to share. The link url might not look like the one at the School of Nursing website but does lead to the application.

Also, if you complete the application using the link above, please make sure the application is received.

Plus, I asked about the deadline and they confirmed it's by the Sept 21 (not Sept 19).

So, when you completed it, did you get the confirmation email afterward? I didn't.

I took the TEAS again today, but sadly I did worse so I just submitted my application with my previous score...I'm stuck with 9.3 now and I'm feeling really discouraged ?

Do you guys know anyone who got in with a 9.3? I feel like I won't even be invited to the communications exercise..
