I was in class when they called. Of course I was also up talking to the teacher when my phone started ringing and I ran out lol

I was able to register a few days after orientation. The nursing dept sends a list of accepted students to the registrar and they change your major in the system and then you will be able to register. If I remember correctly I had orientation of Friday and I registered on the following Thursday. Don't worry because everyone is in the same boat so the classes won't fill up or anything.

I don't think they are only at night. Last time I asked, it is regular days with regular times. Let me know if you find out!

PT is the same times as FT. Only difference is you are doing 1 class instead of 2, except for 1st semester. Everyone in 1st semester will do Fundamentals and pharm. Once you move onto 2nd PT will just do Med-surge, while FT does med-surge and metal health. PT will do MH in the summer. Fall will me OB for PT and OB and peds for FT. Spring will be Peds for PT and Ft will have Med-surge 2, preceptor and the leadership class. Then PT will move on to med-surge 2 in summer then fall will be preceptor and the leadership class.

Some of the classes can be taken in the evening. Labs are at all different times. Clinicals for all semesters are morning (645) or afternoon (1ish) except 4th semester, everyone starts at 645 AM. Preceptor is when you work one on one with a nurse in the hospital, so y0u work whatever their schedule is, like me I am 7 am-730 PM whenever she works (120 hrs/10 shifts). Some do nights, some have odd hours (like 11-11, 1-1).

D Boren, I don't know if they choose our classes or if it is first come first serve. But it looks like we can hopefully shove everything in about 3 days (depending on if we choose classes) so that will leave you with the rest of the week open. Like I will work fri/sat and one other day at my job, and then the other days school. Don't know if that helps or not
