I'm new to this site but am finding it really useful! I'm canadian but did my nursing degree in the UK, and I currently practicing in England. I'm due to sit the CRNE on the 7th October and have read some scary posts on its level of difficulty. I have the study guides and will continue to study for the next 8 weeks until I fly over to toronto to sit it. I'm extremely nervous....anybody got any further pointers for me????
I can't wait for my family to start our life in Canada pending me passing this exam (so no pressure Eh!)......and a new job in toronto would be great!!!!!

I noticed the application deadline for the Feb exam in British Columbia is on the 5th November and breech got his result on the 6th. The deadline here in Ontario was yesterday and CNO mailed the results yesterday too. Hmmmm... Interesting.
Anyways, looks like some of us will be getting our results tomorrow. Please don't forget to share the news here if you get yours. Good Luck!

I called the CNO today and asked them about that. I was told they are extending the deadline for the February exam in case anyone needs to retake it. They said the reason was obviously because they couldn't get the results out earlier.
I already replaced my day shift today for a night shift. I also asked my dad to leave the mail key at home because he gets the mail after work... and that's a little to late for me . So I'll be watching for the mailman! No matter what happens, pass or fail, I'm going to need a box of tissues and some sort of strong alcoholic beverage. :beer:!

It's a relief to know that CNO is extending the application deadline so that we can take the Feb exam if we fail the October exam (I hope not!). Thank you Eboutro for sharing this info.

How come, what's going on with Canada post.
They say two days locally, so for those in T it should be today :) and three days within the province, so I'll get it tomorrow:eek:
For me it usually works like that. Hope it works this time because I can't imagine waiting till Friday, or even worse, till next week.
I personally think that we should get the results in Toronto by Friday at the latest. I hope Im wrong and that we get it tomorrow, so people who lieve outside of the GTA do not wait longer. As far as Canada Post is concerned, maybe they received a lot of letters from the CNO and it is taking a while for Canada Post to sort through them. Its no excuse though, we should have gotten our results by now.
