To you and the other 300 people asking this same question: if you meet the application requirements, apply and find out. If you are really going to let a bunch of faceless people's opinions persuade you into either applying or not applying, you don't want it bad enough.
Finally ! Someone else who thinks the same way I do !! I second this x1028423746987364872364....... Just apply, for the love of god.
I have a previous undergrad gpa of 1.9. Went back to school in my late 20's, took nursing prereqs, and graduated with my BSN. Overall GPA second time around was a 3.8, nursing gpa 3.6. I've been a nurse for 4 years, and 3 of those are in ICU. I also have CCRN, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and scored a 314 on the GRE. I have 2 interviews this month. It's totally doable; go for it.
Edit: I would also recommend meeting personally with program directors before you apply if you feel the need to discuss your previous grades. I did, and I felt like it helped. It's a chance for you to convey how serious you are about becoming a CRNA. I'm sure it will also be a topic in my interviews, but I'm happy to discuss it.

Hey guys becoming a CRNA is such a huge goal of mine I wanted to ask you guys what my chances look like.
Nursing GPA: 3.36
Previous undergrad degree 2.85
I never made a C in nursing school which I was very proud of.
I have my CCRN, am ACLS, PALS, and BLS certified. I am also studying to get my CSC.
Recently took my GRE and made a 311. (Verbal 155 and Quantitative 156).
I realize that my previous undergrad GPA is horrible but am willing to discuss further with admissions committee and point out that my last 60 hours in nursing school is significantly better.
What do talk think of my chances?
