Hello everyone :nuke:, I have a question regarding the CES Application:
I am a foreign educated graduate currently living in Pennsylvania. I have decided to write the RN Exam at Vermont.
I am planning to work in Pennsylvania so I need to endorse my RN License to Pennsylvania and I need to have the CES done to do this.
My question about the Credential Evaluation Service Application:
14b) Which type of report do I select?
Healthcare Profession & Science Report OR Full Education Course-By-Course Report
14 a) Who is my First Report Recipient?
Vermont (state i am planning to write the exam) or Pennsylvania (state that I am planning to work)
14 a) Who is my Second Report Recipient?
Thank you everyone for your help with this matter.

Welcome to the site
I would recommend the full course for CES and send to both Vermont and Pennsylvania. Not sure I understand why you want to go to Vermont and then endorse when already living in Pennsylvania?

I did the same, as PA requires the CGFNS exam for initial licensure.
If you don't have a SSN already, make sure you email the PA board of nursing and ask for the SSN waiver form. This allows them to release your license even without a SSN once you pass the NCLEX.
I chose the full course-by-course CES, and could choose up to 3 recipients, so I chose both VT and PA. Once I got my VT license, the endorsement to PA was very fast.
