CPNE study plan

I haven't gotten a date yet, but I'm hoping to test in early July. I'm trying to get myself organized for studying for it and I'll have about 3 months. So for those who have taken the CPNE or are also preparing it, how does this study plan sound?

March-end of April- 1 AOC every two days, come up with mnemonics & memorize

1st 2 weeks in May- Set up labs and practice; memorize mnemonics

2nd 2 weeks in May- Care planning, practice labs, memorize mnemonics

Early June- Workshop

June- review, review, review

Any advice is welcome!! I finally feel like this is manageable and I'm getting passed the overwhelmed feeling.

Thanks!!

i have always recommended (if you can afford it) a workshop before you start studying just to lay the ground rules for the cpne...there is so much to learn and study this kind of keeps you focused and on track.... then a workshop about 2 weeks before your cpne to wrap things up and get final questions answered

I would also recommend a workshop at the start of your preparation. Highly recommend west coast Tina's: http://www.cheducation.com

Yeah I wish I could take a workshop now, but it's just too expensive and not convenient. I'm lucky I can afford the one workshop I'm going to take!!

Thanks for all the input!

I did it without a workshop. :) I do recommend Excelsior's online workshops though!
