CPNE bound!!! Summer 2013

I passed this week. Hopefully Monday everything gets processed so we can submit the packet. I'm still undecided on locations.

Awesome! Congrats! Now the real stress begins. I didn't get word that my transcript was updated but I went ahead and submitted the packet online anyway. It allowed me to click on the CPNE application link and it hasn't before. It accepted my application, uploads, and payment. I figured my file was updated and I just didn't get word yet. I'm hoping that I didn't jump the gun. I picked the NPAC region (since I'm in NY) with a ready date of June 1st--and I checked that I would accept cancellations.

Hi all, Just wondering who else is out there that just finished their FCCA's this week. I'm going to put in my application for the CPNE on Monday...so psyched! I have my lab all set up and going to start planning my mnemonics for CE's. Anyone planning on testing in NY?

I submitted my app 2 days ago! It was approved quicker than I expected so now it's time to study. I chose the Albany sites. Will you be doing the workshop there this month?

I have been working on my app since yesterday & the only thing I have left to do is attach the documents, but I can't figure out how to change my background check results from PDF to a picture file. How did you all do this?

I went to zamzar.com

It's free and super easy to turn it into jpg file

I did that one, but since my results were 5 pages, it put it in a jpg.zip file, which will not upload

I only submitted page 1 of the background check and my application was marked approved so they accepted just the 1 page. I'd try it that way!

What kind of time frame do you guys think from the application date to the actual cpne date? I'm submitting tomorrow bx it has been tough tracking down my immunization records.

I passed FCCA this week and am submitting my application today! It took a while to locate my vaccination records. How do you upload the passport photo? I got one from Costco but suspect my department id picture would be just as good and easier to upload. Is anyone in Florida looking for a study buddy? I am in Fort Lauderdale but can travel the tri county area pretty easily. Email me at [email protected]

I also made crossword puzzles out of the mnemonic sheets.

Awesome Medic1403! I gave EC a ready date of June 1st. I just scanned the photo passport sheet and they accepted it. I also just scanned and sent the first sheet of the background check--it has our id and password on it so they can access it electronically..they also accepted that. I am so anxious to receive a date..I truly hope it doesn't take too long. Until then, I've been practicing in my makeshift lab and reading the study guide-got it printed at office depot for $40. The March and April EC Careplan conferences are closed...I signed up for May...also going to a workshop in April.
