Have you ever worked somewhere that everyone around you keeps professing to like each other or say that they're close knit, but you absolutely despise it and feel like you can't trust anyone there?
I feel like such an outcast and keep wondering if the problem is me. But I've never felt this way on any other unit I've been to with the exception of one. They all loved each other, but they kept insinuating that I wasn't one of them.

Sorry to hear about how you are feeling. I suggest to still have a team player attitude, be respectful and become friends with the key players aka "movers-shakers" on the unit who can help move up your career.
:) Just remember you are there for the patients

After a while they notice you don't care if you are "one of them," and they stop trying to make you feel like you aren't.
And if they keep trying, who cares. Ignore it.
