You can go to HotJobs.com and they have templates for resumes there. Hope that helps!

Monster.com is a very good sight. Not only can you do you resume and cover letter, but you can post them for viewing by prospective employers in your area, if that is what you choose to do. You can also look for jobs there.

I don't know about a website. I bought a cheap book called resumes for nursing careers...it has tons of examples and has been very helpful for me!
