Hi everyone! I'm planning on going to COT and was wondering if we are able to listen to music as were running? I love running but I am awful when I do not have any music to keep me going. Thanks so much in advance!
When I started P90X, I was very thankful I could already do a fair amount of push-ups!!! That Core Synergistics workout could be subtitled "101 Varieties of the Push-Up." Good times! I really like the workout, but I'm having a tough time being consistent with it due to my schedule. :-/
I had consistency issues after 60 days, and I have banned the plyometrics DVD, lol. My knees couldn't take it anymore. Oddly, enough I can run without a problem, and I'd rather do that anyway. Seems more practical. Never know who might chase ya.

I did a mock PT test with a coworker after work this morning. and after I napped, I went to my new gym. I did TRX! That is really awsome. Try it if you can. You use your own body weight and get an amazing workout. I'm hoping I can get out of bed tomorrow. lol
I love that feeling when your legs hit the floor in the morning, and suddenly you remember ... OUCH! I'll look into TRX. I think if I buy one more workout DVD, I might find myself single. LOL!!
