Hello, I just submitted my app for COS. I thought I'd start a thread for those applying to the spring 2018 program. I'm curious to know everyone's GPA/TEAS score/extra criteria/point total. Good luck everyone! The program will begin before we know it!
I applied for the LVN-RN bridge program at COS. There are a specific number of seats reserved for them and I believe if not taken, would go to the traditional RN students. Don't quote me on that though. I actually live in Bakersfield. I didn't apply for BC because the next cohort starts in Fall, and I'm pretty impatient so the drive is not gonna be an issue for me.Is anyone else having trouble applying at FCC? I keep getting an error page each time I try to apply and it's driving me nuts.
Good luck everyone!
Yes, I started my application for FCC and saved it and now I'm unable to resume and complete it. I attended the FCC workshop last week and they said they are working on fixing a few issues within the application itself and the application link. They aren't sure when it will be resolved but to keep checking back.
Thanks, & good luck to you as well!
Hi everyone,I was just wondering if anyone has received their letter from COS yet? I think they told us that we should hear something by October 1st and the wait is killing me! Thanks for any feedback!
I have not received anything yet... Anxiously waiting!! I believe on or around Oct. 1st per the receipt slip they gave me when u turned in my app.

Hey! I'm personally waiting as well! I haven't received anything yet but this wait does not let me sleep at night!
I just checked my mail a bit ago & got my acceptance letter!! I'm so excited. Orientation is set for the 18th of Oct. Still can't believe it! Best wishes to everyone!
Congratulations!!! Did you apply for the bridge program or traditional rn ? How many points did you get in with if you don't mind me asking.
