Hoping to reach a few people who have applied to the upcoming new grad residency.. I'm looking forward to getting into either women's services or ER.

I applied for Women's Services as well! Anybody know the general timeline of hearing back, getting calls and interviews, etc? It seems like some places are really fast and others suuuuuuuuper slow.

I want to apply here for ED, and my best friend works here! BUT it asks for two references which I don't have yet and people take FOREVER. :grumpy:

On their website it says they pay from 24.75-32.51.

That's a pretty broad range! I'm definitely not willing to work there if I'll only be paid $24.75. I applied and spoke with renee about my application. She didn't give me any info on how many they tend to admit. Hopefully I'll get a call!

I was offered a position for the fall residency, and they pay 27.64 an hour!

I know someone who is in the residency now. He is also getting $27/hr base plus shift diff for nights

I interviewed on a Friday with the nurse manager then was offered the following Thursday.
