Yes it does! It doesn't give a specific time though, whenever I've been to hiring fairs they give you an interview slot, but this seems like a first come, first serve type scenario. So prepare to wait!

No, but I wonder if the Unit's hiring managers would let applicants know which unit is reviewing the application. My application has not changed from "received"

I'm hoping they will call us this week. For the application, mine changed to "Under review" last Thursday.
