Hi, all.
I'm thinking of expanding on and formalizing a specific type of health teaching that I developed a few years ago. Has anyone ever published their works or done something similar? If so, I'm curious about your experience(s)...
Thanks!

During some curriculum classes I took during grad school, I vaguely remember learning something about how curriculum you develop and teach while employed by a district can belong to the district, so I would consult with one of the curriculum developers/coordinators in your district to see if they have this 'roadblock' in place that would prevent you from copyrighting it yourself.

I'd heard something similar so I'm only working on it with my own materials and on my own time.

My contract says this specifically - any curriculum I create and use at my school belongs to my school.

Interesting. I guess in that situation I would create and copyright it prior to introducing it in the school...
