Cook Children's Feburary 2016 Cohort

Hi Everyone!

I am super excited to be interviewing for the 2016 February Cohort and wanted to know if there was anyone out there just as nervous/excited! I read all the different posts from previous cohorts and found it funny that there were not any posts for our cohort yet! I use this site all the time and just never registered, but here I am now :)

Overall I have learned that the interview is pretty challenging, at least it will be or me D-: I have never had a panel interview for a job before! Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!!

Just curious, has anyone seen a change in their application status online?

Okay, yeah mine is also still the same. My friend said hers already changed to say that she was not selected for the position, but she did not get a call or email from them specifically, so she was wondering if it was accurate or a glitch in the system.

I heard that the system isn't updated very well. My friend's status changed to say she wasn't selected either last week around Monday yet she was still scheduled to interview this past Friday. My status never changed since I applied it always said it was still being reviewed so I didn't expect to even interviewed and was surprised when I received the call. In the end I think it just isn't accurate! :banghead:

My status says the following: "Your application is currently being reviewed. If you meet the requirements for the position, your information will be forwarded to the hiring manager for further review. Thank you for your interest in Cook Children''s Health Care System."

Hm, I feel like the status updates might just be inaccurate then. & I haven't heard anything yet, but will post here when I do! Good luck to everyone! :)

Yes! They were done on Friday I haven't heard back either :( but at least we will all have an answer by this Friday good or bad :'( lol

They are finished. They had the last one Friday so I'm pretty sure we should be hearing later this week! These next days are going to go by so slow. & I'm not from California, why do you ask?

I met a girl at the interviews who was from California. I forgot her name but thought Kelsey sounded familiar lol.
