Is anyone waiting to hear back from nursing department with lotto results? I was told it would take place end of march. this is my 4th time applying to their program at CCC.

@ocean43 that's true. But I'm just talking about those that were removed from the alternate list

So the remediation students are given a guaranteed spot before they go down the apt list of that makes sense.

@ocean43 if that's the case, how come one of the students that I talked to who was like I think #1 something said that he/she was already informed that she's in the program, and that she went to the welcoming of those who were chosen.

Oh, unless some of the students that were picked this year also didn't pass the teas the first time (and put on remediation) maybe that's why they bumped the alt list?

The people from remediation are guaranteed a spot right? So before they even touch the alt list they are already in the program and wouldnt affect the alt list....I'll call tomorrow and see what's up. Any person in particular I should ask for?

Yes some students may not have passed teas this year. That's the case every year. the students who were placed on remediation last year are guaranteed a spot this year so remediation first then alternate list.

So I talked to a lady there and she confirmed that I was #4 on the list. She dsaid once people take the Teas some might not pass and the will call me if there is movement as I get in! However, I just found out I got accepted somewhere else at will probably attend that school so the list will move one spot for sure!
