Connecticut Community Colleges - Applying for 2014

I've read through last year's version of this thread 100 times, so I thought I'd start a new one. I'm planning to apply for NCC's 2014 program. I'm taking A&P I right now (A- midterm grade, hoping to make that an A!) and will need to do the software applications class online in the winter session, so I won't be able to submit my app until final grades are out for that. Hopefully I won't be cutting it too close to the Feb 1st deadline! I'm taking my TEAS on November 18th.

Who else is applying? Where are you in the application process? Post your TEAS scores and GPA stats if you know them! My nursing GPA will be almost a 3.8 with an A- in A&P and an A in CSA105, but I dropped out two semesters in a row in 2006 (one semester medically excused but still on my transcript, the other no excuse, just screwed up being 19 and not very serious about my education at that time) I hope those hiccups won't count against me too much, luckily none of the classes I was taking at the time applied to the nursing program.

The communication at these schools sucks!!!

My advisor from norwalk cc said "Little delay out of Hartford. We’re hoping it will be up by the end of the day; tomorrow AM at the latest"

I called Gateway, they said tomorrow afternoon! Wth!

I swear it we knew by this time last year, am I wrong? All I remember is I found out the link was up from people on here, and I checked around 3-4ish when I got home, so no idea when it actually went up.

What kills me is that we couldn't be not 1 day late with our applications. But they take their sweet time. Hopefully we are all waiting for good news. Then it would be soooo worth the wait.

Different responses from different people at the same school! It's absurd. A friend of mine called Hartford who said they don't put the decisions up, they just make sure the schools are following the guidelines. If that's true then a "delay in Hartford" makes NO SENSE. Urrrrgggghhh so frustrating! I heard from one person that one of the SCHOOLS is delayed, and if that's the case they should put the link up for the ones that have it all together. Why should we be punished because they're not on the ball?

I talked to someone that called hartford and they said if not today definantly by FRIDAY!! this is outrageous. im trying not to get mad and jinx myself but I cant help it :(
