I didn't receive an email and my application status still says not received for almost all items on the application. ?? I applied to Capital.

Same here for Naugatuck Valley

Did you also apply to the Norwalk campus?

Nope, I applied to Gateway :)

All of my items are now showing as received except for 1 class, and the minimum GPA. Anyone else?

OMG I'm going to check mine right now...

Nothing for me yet ? however if they're reviewing applications by last names alphabetically it makes sense for me to not have anything marked as "received" yet.

No changes for me either ? I've heard Capital typically gets over 1,000 applicants, if this is true I may be waiting a while.

I was way off, I was getting my info from the Nursing info packet and it says decisions will be viewable on April 15th not the 17th. I really hope everyone finds out the 10th, that's a lot better! This wait is going to be torture.

Hi everyone!

I checked my application and everything has been checked as received! I was just curious if any of you were able to figure out what grades your applications have been "met" with. I'm so nervous thinking about whether everything the selective admissions team has is accurate ?

I've been calculating my GPA wrong this whole time haha. At first, I realize the GPA on Degreeworks is from the 23-24 year which did not calculate some of my transferred credits. It says 3.81 in the page, but after calculating the points from my transferred courses, it seems I unfortunately have 3.67 as my actual GPA. Retook the TEAS on Jan. 31st and got a 76.7%, which is slightly higher than my first attempt, but now I think I have my expectations in check of likely being on the waitlist. Oh well, I am glad I have the option to an ABSN program this year so I'll probably go there knowing my ADN chances are slim ?

Hmm those are actually pretty good stats. You'll probably get in, especially if your A&PI grade is an A ?

Thanks for the positive feels! So actually, I have a B+ in A&P 1 so not sure if that could be a dealbreaker LOL! I had it during the Summer of June last year. I kinda hoped they would weigh that grade a bit higher given it was a Summer course but I don't think it works like that. I applied at Gateway and found out Thursday they accept 128 students so maybe there's a chance? haha.

They added my nursing GPA to my completed application, and it's a little lower than what I had calculated myself based on what they said is included (in the nursing info packet), and what classes I thought were being used from my transcripts. Should I ask them to double check this? I feel annoying haha 😅
