We are expanding our team to help keep up with the growth and increased membership. We recently hired Mary as Community Manager. Mary, known as tnbutterfly in our community, has been a part of allnurses since 2006. She has been an RN for more than 35 years and has experience in Pediatrics, Med-Surg, Disaster Nursing, Home Health, Psychiatric Nursing, Education, and Parish Nursing.
As Community Manager, Mary will act as liaison and voice for the community. She will be part of a growing team whose job is to develop and implement the visions of the site owner and management team.
As we continue to grow, we want to maintain a close connection to our members. The Community Manager will ensure that we don't miss a thing. We continue to value the voice of our community, and Mary will see all your comments, concerns, and suggestions submitted to the Help Desk.

Manager of Forum Staff and Guides
Training Staff and Guides
Nurturing and Engaging Staff, Guides, and Members
Advocate and Liaison for Staff, Guides, and Members
Support for Staff, Guides, and Members
Help identify trends for research and marketing (internally and externally)
Interface with Marketing and PR teams to represent an informed voice from the community
Specializes in Vents, Telemetry, Home Care, Home infusion.
Happy to have lunch with Mary and DH on Friday and bring her some bubbly to celebrate her new position. Know she will lead us well ---along with sharing her great sense of humor.
