Confused about salary?

I plan to relocate to the Dallas/metroplex area once I Graduate. How much is the starting salary for BSN with no exp.? I read numerous post and I've checked salary.com but the info is just over whelming?

From what I've heard, starting pay seems to be around $19-$21/hr, plus shift diffs and stuff like that.

I work at an extended care facility in Fort Worth. BSNs with no experience start at $23 hourly at my workplace. My friend worked at a shabby nursing home in North Richland Hills that started inexperienced BSNs at $25 hourly.

My workplace is not exceedingly generous with regards to pay raises. All nurses at my place of employment usually are given a standard 3 percent raise per year.
